Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Payment, Refunds and Cancellations

Prices, deposits and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. If you cancel before work starts, any deposit is refunded less reasonable costs incurred. Fees for work already performed are not refundable except where the Australian Consumer Law requires.

No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcomes

Mitram is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or the NDIA. Registration decisions are made by the NDIS Commission and audits by Approved Quality Auditors. We do not guarantee registration, audit outcomes or timeframes.

Privacy

Changes to Terms
